With the popularity of women’s rugby there’s a need for digital designs that address the health and welfare issues that women and girl athletes face. That’s why the RugbySafe team at England Rugby commissioned the creation of a series of pdfs toolkits that women could download from the KeepYourBootsOn! website

Solution: Working with England Rugby and healthcare experts we edited source material to digitally design .pdfs that are accessible to readers of all ages. The design concept is warm, modern and fun, as well as easy to follow. Six interactive pdfs, between 8 to 14 pages, were published covering topics such as Menstrual Health, Pelvic Health and Sports Bras.
