Activate Exercise Videos | Péligital

Activate is the RFU’s Injury Prevention Exercise Programme that’s integrated into training and pre-match sessions. England Rugby wished to modernise their library of Activate videos and to produce a series that was more energetic and lively in tone of voice and appearance.

Solution: The production of 26 x Activate exercise videos that were shot on location and with members of the junior Red Roses squad. Each video has a snappy opening and closing sequence and uses a variety of slow motion / graphics effects to communicate the main Activate 8 body positions.
